• Gumnut leads the way with the launch of Web Booking Interface. This interface gives your Website a real time booking into your Gumnut (GSI) System. The module works as a wizard and ensures a Real Time proper booking, allocating staff, room and equipment.
• You can indicate which services packages are available for Web Booking on a certain day or time. This allows you total control of your bookings so you can limit Web Bookings for off peak times.
• The design of the website is completely up to you and your web designers. The Web Booking Interface provides your Web Designer the tools to pass information from your Website to your Gumnut System.
• Your Clients can book Appointments, Packages, Classes and even purchase Gift Vouchers and Products. When an inquiry is made from your Website, Gumnut will check on availability. Gumnut will then send a message if this time is available and if not will send back an alternative time. It will then send back a reference number to your client.
• You can have your Website set to take a deposit or full payment at the time of booking ensuring less cancellations and better cash flow to your business. You also control the amount of information your client needs to fill out when making a booking. This information will be passed to your Gumnut System and create a client record.
