We have developed a 3 dimensional resource management for spa bookings. For Each treatment the system will find the therapist that is qualified, The room that can be used and as an option an equipment that is needed for this treatment. If you have 2 hot stone kits the system will not book 3 guests at the same time. The system also will not book a facial in the Vichy Shower room either.

While doing this the system will also check the staff rosters, Clients preferences like sex of therapist, contraindications and preferred staff.  The rooms can also be classified by sex and number of beds or if it’s a Steam room max no it can hold. The system will automatically propose a solution and this can always be overwritten by the operator as long as it is allowed. There are screens to view not just staff but room and equipment bookings in the same manner to understand manage the appointments quickly. Point Of Sale is linked to this screen to quickly process payments.

Web booking interface acts like a wizard and follows all rules set. Our 3 dimensional Booking system will satisfy the most sophisticated client.

These functions will book single, Couples and groups automatically and manage them. Also the bookings can be for single treatments, day or destination packages.

Day packages contains multiple treatments and can be setup with an optional retail item and the  treatments can be grouped as options. Destination packages are very advanced with one to many days that can be booked in a matter of seconds. When booking Client profiles are interrogated to make sure that the clients preferred times and staff is selected. Preps, turnarounds and client breaks can be set.

Rooms can be setup to hold one to many clients. These rooms are also classified as open to all or groups and/or for a specific sex.  Facilities can also be booked for Hiring purposes like Tennis Courts etc etc.

Optional Automatic professional stock control as treatments are performed for close monitoring of stock usage and costing.

Certain Equipment can be setup in the system like Hot Stone kits, Steamers etc etc so that the system can allocate these for the appropriate treatments. As we know how many of these are used the system makes sure that correct number of clients are booked for a given time slot.

In Australia we can print on client receipts Heath fund codes and provider numbers for each therapist.

You can setup various memberships with different privileges. Memberships can be suspended and a history is kept. Corporate and Family memberships are also available. Membership can also be setup with a certain Credit amount which can be used for treatments and retail purchases and a variety of Discounts can be allowed.
