While doing this the system will also check the staff rosters, Clients preferences like sex of therapist, contraindications and preferred staff. The system will automatically propose a solution and this can always be overwritten by the operator as long as it is allowed. There are screens to view not just staff but room and equipment bookings in the same manner to understand manage the appointments quickly. Point Of Sale is linked to this screen to quickly process payments.

Rooms can be setup to hold one to many clients. These rooms are also classified as open to all or groups and/or for a specific sex.
