Bookings can be made for a client or many clients together in a class situation. The clients can purchase one or many sessions and pay front up or Direct Debit.

These notes are customized by users so that correct initial and visit notes are taken. Notes can also include images of clients and template images can be setup so that they can be manipulated for client information. This facility allows all different disciplines to create their own specific information for initial or daily notes as well as for fitness plans. Some of the fields in these notes like weight or blood pressure can also be viewed as graphs to show progress.

The appointment book can be used to book classes like aerobics, yoga, plates, etc. These classes can be sold as one or many and payments can be taken front up or Direct Debit.

You can setup various memberships with different privileges. The system controls members entry via card scanning and gate control. A record of this is kept for client history. Memberships can be suspended and a history is kept. Clients can have Multiple memberships. Corporate and Family memberships are also available. Depending on the membership different gates can be allowed for entry. Membership can also be setup with a certain Credit amount which can be used and variety of Discounts can be set.

Our system has facilities to manage direct debiting including generating files for banks.

We can print your membership card straight out of our system including a photo of the member plus all related information.
