We offer an Annual Maintenance program to our clients which includes unlimited access to our 24/7 Helpdesk and providing software upgrades all through the year. It does not include additional training or visits to client sites. These services are charged.
The Helpdesk is only accessible to our clientele who have purchased the membership which is payable annually.
Call the Helpdesk and you will be promptly answered by a friendly Helpdesk operator, or if you are leaving your contact details you will be called as soon as possible. The response times are very quick, normally under an hour. The person you will be talking to is very experienced with the system, and in 95% of the cases will be able to resolve your problem on the spot.
Our Helpdesk utilizes the latest technologies and is able to access the clients computers via the internet to analyze and fix issues. This is done at no extra cost to the client and the clients do not have to purchase any additional software to enable this facility.
